Shanghai Branch was established in 2012 and incorporated of leading surveyors providing general evaluation service as a migration application reference over real estates, residential houses, office buildings, business malls, whole buildings, workshops and land. Our professional surveyors and assessors may satisfy various customer demands, and all the assessment reports are issued by RICS registers. In last years, we have provided many related services to a big group of customers across china, winning a high reputation in the market due to our high work efficiency.
